FAQs

We're here to help

Q

Are there any weight or height restrictions?

A

For general admission our weight restriction is 125kgs. There is no height limit/restriction for general admission.

Q

Must I sign a waiver?

A

Yes. Everyone who jumps is required to sign a waiver. Those under 18 must have their parent or guardian sign their waiver. Permission by phone or email is not sufficient.

Q

Do you have lockers?

A

AirHop has a number of lockers available for valuables, phones etc. These are offered on a first-come, first served basis. Your property is left in these lockers entirely at your own risk.

Q

Can I bring my own food?

A

Due to our health and safety policy no self-catering is allowed. Snack and drink machines are on site and our Café will also stock a range of food and drink options.

Q

Do you offer group rates?

A

Yes. For groups of 10 or more a discount applies during off peak periods. Click here for details.

Q

Do you have Wifi?

A

Yes. Wifi is free for all.

Q

Is AirHop safe?

A

As with any extreme sports/leisure activity there is an element of risk involved. We attempt to minimise the risks by using the best equipment and training our staff to a high level. For more information see Safety.

Q

Do you have parking?

A

We have a designated area behind the facility that provides free parking for approximately 100 cars. Parking can be limited at peak times, therefore always aim to arrive early and use public transport where possible.

Q

When is your peak time?

A

Our peak prices start at 17:00 on Fridays and run all weekend. School and Public Holidays are also considered peak time.

Q

Do you offer classes?

Q

Can my children come and bounce without a parent or guardian?

A

Anyone 12 or over may come to bounce without a parent or guardian present. However, all customers under the age of 18 will need to have a waiver completed by a parent or guardian. The waiver is available whilst booking a session online.

Q

Do I have to complete a waiver every time I come to bounce?

A

No. Once a waiver has been completed, it lasts for 12 months.

Q

Do you have wheelchair access?

A

There is wheelchair access to the building and main walkway. Bouncing will depend on individual ability. For more information, feel free to get in touch via phone or email.

Q

I don’t want to bounce, is there somewhere I can wait for my children?

A

Good news! If you plan on coming down but don’t want to take part, we have a café, viewing area and free Wi-Fi. Only people using the trampolines will be charged the admission price.

Q

What time is the first session of the day?

A

Please see our timetable. The park opens 30 minutes before the first session to allow ample time for check-in and safety briefing. We highly recommend booking in advance to guarantee a jump.

Q

What time is the last session of the day?

A

Please see our timetable. The last session will begin the hour before our listed closing time.
